Kim is a self-taught illustrator and painter whose style is perhaps best summarised as playful surreal - a bold, colourful blend of character, narrative, and dreamlike imagination.

Before delving fully into her love of creating, Kim’s life meandered through unexpected paths: studying adventure sports and teaching, to travelling, living, and working in an array of fields across different countries, from backpacking trails to circus tales. This eclectic background now fuels her practice, giving the characters and compositions a mischievous spirit and an energy that feels both unbound and intentional.

I Artist traditional and digital mediums, from canvas to wood to wall, Kim now creates from her home studio on the Wirral. Her influences draw from street art, comics, and animation.
