Illustrative Artist

Claudia is an acrylic artist based in Chester, whose work focuses on combining sustainability with illustrative natural imagery. Most notably, her work brings second life to unwanted Vinyl Records and CD's by using them as her canvas. Inspired by her passion for the environment alongside her love of untraditional canvases, Claudia decided to focus her work on reimagining old, scratched and unwanted vinyl's into art pieces celebrating nature, which she aims to protect by keeping these vinyl's from landfill.

Her work typically depicts floral imagery, drawn from her love of nature and special interest in floriography. Additionally, she enjoys paying homage to renowned art pieces using her records, blending traditional art with a modern twist.

With a BSC in Business Management from the University of York, Claudia uses her qualifications to understand her marketing and finances, effectively running her art as a business in the hopes of living her dream as a full time artist. Her background in Business has consequently encouraged Claudia's art to cover a range of avenues; whilst her Painted Records are displayed at Oren, she also operates with Digital Art as a freelance book merchandise / character illustrator and takes on commissions for Realistic Pet Portraits.
